Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with All Babes Clothing. We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Dispatch Times: All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

  • UK Delivery: Standard UK delivery takes between 2 to 3 working days from the dispatch date.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information to monitor your delivery.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we are happy to assist you with a return. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email our customer service team at allbabesclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition. Returns will be rejected if they do not meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact and attached.

  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, makeup stains, perfumes, or odors.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
